Summary0000442: ACS 4:3 SetHudSize is not 4:3 for certain resolutions
DescriptionUpon resizing the GZDoom window manually for nonstandard resolutions, sometimes my HUD is not scaled properly to 4:3 (see the screenshot).
It's squished and the aspect ratio detection from within ACS does not work properly.

Steps To ReproduceUse the attached WAD and resize GZDoom's window to something like in the screenshot.

Just to clarify, in my WAD I set the HUD size to 640x480. I'd expect pillarboxing like in 16:9 with any resolution, but in reality it results in this...

If I change this, more stuff will get broken. The entire HUD message system is so messed up with its coordinate use that the only remedy is a complete replacement that acts sanely.
