Summary0000206: No voices in Strife title screen
DescriptionI honestly have no memory of how long this has been a thing, but Strife has no narration in the title screen slideshow, and there are no voices during the quit messages either. Voices work in-game, though, so it's not an issue of voices.wad not being loaded.

This can be compared, for example, against chocolate strife, where it works as expected.

I see this when I open the console: "Received AL error Invalid Value (0xA003), oalsound.cpp:1597"

I suspect that it might be an OpenAL bug then. Also, a Windows user has told me that voices work. I'll check with fmodex.

This is weird, if I launch the game while fmodex is enabled, and then I switch to openal and reset, voices still work.

Here's something weird: If I start a release build on Windows it works, if I start a debug build it doesn't. Sound system is irrelevant.

fixed. It was an uninitialized variable which explains the erratic behavior.
