Summary0000136: Ability to play INTERMISSIONs from ACS in the middle of a level.
DescriptionBasically, I'd like a way to have the big text-dumps that INTERMISSION screens offer, but in the middle of a level, through a script call. For example, you go up to a computer, you press "use" on it, and it shows you a text dump of some log explaining what happened. This would be really good for the maps which try to provide some sense of narrative without using complicated ACS or anything.

I may revisit this later but for the time being it's on hold.

Kay.
It'd be really useful for Metroid Doom, because Samus likes to monologue, and the INTERMISSION stuff is pretty much exactly the way Metroid 3 and 4 show it.

That may all be but as it stands, there is no functionality that could make this a quick addition and for the 2.4 release there's far more important things to do first.

Added a StartSlideshow(name) function to both. Fortunately I could piggyback on Strife's slideshow code which also runs an intermission.
