Summary | 0000091: Rail does not respect floor clip
Description | The railgun visual effect and aiming does not lower when stepping on a floor with a floorclip value.
Steps To Reproduce | Load up the attached zip and type "give testrail" at the console. Try not to move the up/down aiming of the weapon. Fire the weapon and note that the rail trail and decal appear at a suitable height/point. Step into the water and fire the weapon again. This time the rail trail will be too high versus the player view. The decal appears in the correct position relative to the trail. Note the height where the decal appears. Step onto the wooden platform in the water. This is at the same height as the water but is not floorclipped. Fire the weapon and note that the rail trail appears correct versus the player view. The trail and decal appear at the same height as when you were in the water. Repeat the above with another weapon (e.g. the standard pistol) and note that, unlike the rail, when in the water the decal appears lower than when on the wooden platform. i.e. the pistol respects the viewheight and the aim lowers appropriately in a floor-clipped sector but the rail visual effect and aiming does not.
