DescriptionTwo ideas I have which could be used for expanding PowerDrain's customization.

  1. Drain(Actor victim, int damage, Name mod) Allows customizing of PowerDrain, giving access to the victim
  2. DamageFactors Allows defining specific damagefactor leech multiplication. The fallback would be Powerup.Strength if none are defined.

Added. However, since this all is done after the target has already been damaged, all you really can do is modify the amount of health the shooter will get for it.
