Summary | 0000193: Nightmare respawn doesn't use UDMF thing health modifier | ||||
Description | Things respawned in nightmare mode don't restore their health to the one modified from UDMF (if set), but simply to their DECORATE health. This is unlike other places, such as archvile resurrection, where their UDMF modified health is used. I asked on the forums about this and Graf Zahl confirmed it must be some bug, so I'm reporting it here. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Create a Doom (2) UDMF map with a former human and set his health property to 5. Start a nightmare skill game with this wad and kill the zombieman. It should take about 10 bullets. Wait till he resurrects. Killing him again will only take 2 bullets. | ||||
