Summary0000623: Blade of Agony crash
DescriptionBoA crashes the engine every time on my machine. It appears to be tied to the loading of maps - when the intro passes the title screens (reference footage) or when I start the game - whichever comes first.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start the mod on gzdoom 2.4.0, latest build (g3.0pre-52-g82b0326) or standalone version (2.3pre 306+)
2. Wait out the title screens.
2b. Start a new game.

It crashed inside Intel graphics driver. However your machine has also NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M and I'm curious why do you use integrated video hardware?
At the same time if you really want use it, try to update its drivers. Please note that this may break some features like nVidia Optimus (if your notebook supports one of course).

Yes mental, all my fault. It's indeed a notebook. I installed latest drivers from nVidia, now it all works splendidly. Thank you for the advice.
