Summary	0000058: [Forum] Selecting forum on drop-down menu breaks Back button
Description	I'm pretty sure it was like this before, except that if you hit Back soon enough you can at least get the cached page, but it's getting especially annoying now that we've got so many different little forums.
Steps To Reproduce	Navigate to another forum using the dropdown. Note how the resulting URL is just "https://forum.zdoom.org/viewforum.php". Click on a post. Click Back or hit Alt+Left. Desired: The forum page. Actual: "Document Expired" page.
