Description	The Index page is currently caching, causing the news posts not to be properly updated.

Xaser 2017-04-05 13:20 developer ~0001252	I think long-term, it'd be a good idea to cache these pages and expose a way for devs/admins to easily clear the cache. Bonus points if we can have this trigger in response to posting a new thread in News / Development Blogs. Think this'd be possible post-3.2.0 upgrade? For now, though, I'll turn the caching off.
