Summary	0000050: [MantisBT] 'On Hold' status
Description	See Graf's post here: https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?p=970188&f=1#p970188 An 'On Hold' status will allow the devs to filter issues out of sight while still keeping them around for alter -- "Not right now, but maybe later" is an important indicator to have, else they'll be in the same bucket as the "No"s, and "No" means "Never" more or less.
