Summary | 0000430: CVAR organization suggestions
Description | Item/pain flashes, view-bobbing and weapon bobbing speed seem more like options expected to seen in 'Player Setup'/'Miscellaneous Options'. Visually, yes they obviously change how the game looks but they feel out of place in display because they can affect how well the player can play the game as well as leaving it up to personal preference [unlike setting ambient level to 255, should there be a hardcoded limit? Multiplayer can be very easily abused by this]. In addition, can showing player sprites be archived? I prefer playing without them to free up the view. Last thing, shouldn't Quad Stereo be moved into Sound settings?
