Fixed in 61de40c. I'm filling a bit guilty for this because that was I who proposed this workaround instead of addition of dummy texture files. As the side note: missing texture for menus were not errors before menu scriptification. I don't know however was this change intentional or not. |

As it always is, an error is an error but you just can bet that some mod out there went ahead and did something wrong. :( | |
What was wrong on Square's side? We're replacing MainMenu entirely in MENUDEF, but it seems that didn't stop the validation from occurring on GZDoom's MENUDEF anyway. I don't see what we could've done otherwise aside from include a dummy M_DOOM in our IWAD, which would've been pretty silly. | |
Nothing wrong, just from two possibilities (null textures and dummy files) the selected one was broken. | |
Thanks for the fix, BTW. Just want to make sure we have all our geese in a row too. :P | |
