Summary	0000308: Allow Players to Jump more frequently
Description	Would like to see a feature as described in these old threads: https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=36698&hilit=jumping https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=48760&p=841111&hilit=jumping#p841111 Preferably as a player property to allow for custom players to be used in platforming mods
