Summary0000167: SBARINFO "DrawBar" with PowerupTime does not Reflect Correct Remaining Time
DescriptionUsing SBARINFO's DrawBar stays "full" until maybe the last 15-ish seconds of the powerup time, and then it starts to shrink.
Steps To ReproduceRun latest GZDoom Git Build (gzdoom-g2.4pre-310-gbecc00a) with square1.pk3 as an IWAD. Summon a powerup ("summon devilsphere"). Collect it. Bar does not start depleting until the last 15-or-so seconds. Happens for all powerups.
Additional InformationThis did not occur in v2.3.2.
