Summary0000150: Voxel and negative heights problem
DescriptionWhen a voxel actor is on a sector with a negative height, the actor is not being rendered completely. Instead, only a portion of the voxels is being rendered (the portion that is above 0 on SectorHeight).

Steps To ReproduceRun the GTest.wad and spawn a 'CMPE' actor on the first sector. Then go to the other sectors (which height >= 0) and spawn the same actor again.
